We shall be liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health due to a negligent breach of duty by us or an intentional or negligent breach of duty by one of our legal representatives or one of our vicarious agents.
Our liability according to §§ 1, 4 of the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
