CERTQUA GmbH – the German Association for the Promotion and Certification of Quality Assurance Systems in Vocational Education – is an accredited certification body specializing in the fields of labour market services, education, and professional services. Founded in 1994 by leading German business associations and the industry association Wuppertaler Kreis e. V., CERTQUA is accredited in accordance with ISO 17021 and ISO 17065 and is also accredited as an authorized expert body under the German Accreditation and Approval Ordinance for Employment Promotion – AZAV.
The AZAV regulates the approval of providers and measures in the field of employment promotion in Germany. Educational organizations that wish to deliver publicly funded labour market services through the German Federal Employment Agency require AZAV provider approval. This provider approval also forms the basis for the approval of individual training measures under the provisions of the German Social Code, Book III, in particular Sections 45 and 81 SGB III.
The certification of Greenbootcamps GmbH by CERTQUA confirms that Greenbootcamps meets the requirements of SGB III and AZAV and demonstrates its fundamental quality capability as an education and training provider. These requirements include, among others, professional expertise and staff qualifications, the quality and suitability of the services offered, appropriate organizational processes, suitable facilities and equipment, and an effective quality management system.
For the approval of individual training measures, CERTQUA also assesses whether the respective educational objective is relevant to the labour market, whether the training concept can reasonably be expected to enable successful participation, whether the measure is appropriate, cost-effective, and economically designed, and whether it offers suitable participation conditions. The purpose of AZAV measure approval is to ensure high-quality vocational training and to support the successful integration of participants into the labour market.
